EnvisionWare is Making Libraries Better™ by providing comprehensive self service and efficiency solutions for libraries that are designed to deliver exceptional public services to patrons. Our solutions improve the efficiency of library operations therefore freeing staff to deliver higher levels of personal attention to the public. We do this by developing trusting relationships with our partner libraries so that we may learn about the needs and then work together to deliver the best solutions.
The Company was founded by Rob Walsh and Mike Monk in 1998. Today, Mike Monk continues the company's traditions using the same core beliefs in fairness, integrity and transparency that were the shared vision of the two founders. As someone who has dedicated his life to enriching the library experience for over twenty years, Mike Monk constantly asks the question, what does each customer need and what can each of us do to help them deliver an improved library experience?
